Since MiuMiu and Pagy passed away, I joined a local cat rescue organization in the summer of 2022, and I hope to be able to help more homeless and sick abandoned cats. I just want every cat to be happy and healthy.

30% of each order will be donated to Cat Rescue to purchase more cat food and cat treatments. So each order gets a cat for a month's worth of cat food and a full medical checkup.

Now our local cat rescue organization has more than 200+ cats, and we organize volunteers to rescue more stray cats every week. My power alone is small, but I believe more and more people will join us, so that we can rescue more little lives together!

Shipping Policy

We will prepare your order and ship from our CN office within 2-3 business days❤ after your payment.Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday.  You will receive a confirmation email instantly after you placed an order! Please check your promotions folder if you didn't receive one. Sometimes the email goes there and that's why you can't find it!

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive it until tracking information is made available.We support worldwide shipping.For international shipments, the tracking we provided you is your local tracking number. The tracking will update when it arrives at your local post office- So please don't be worried!

As we ship orders Monday - through Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us at: support@maotaimeng.net

All our orders are shipped via our warehouse in Shenzhen.Therefore, we offer free shipping for most countries —WOO! For US domestic orders, orders will ship out through USPS. For international orders, we predominately use DHL or local carriers for deliveries to major cities. We also include customs and duties for you guys so you don't have to worry about it! Please allow 5-12 business days after shipping for delivery. —they’re so worth the wait!!

Lastly, please note that preordered items means we are creating these beautiful pieces to you and it usually takes around 5-10 business days to ship your order. You can contact us to know the exact restock time! If an item is on preorder, it will either be indicated in the purchasing click button. If an item in your order is on preorder whereas the other item(s) is not, please note that the entire order will ship together!

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!❤

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

1. For problematic returns such as defective ones, you can request a replacement or refund with picture proof.

2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit or the customer can send it back to our US warehouse or CN warehouse for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maotaimeng.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees if it is a non-problematic return.

We recommend you send back any returns using a signed postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please also note that if the customer decides to ship the item back, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping cost, but we are working hard on collaborating with logistics partners to cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows for a faster checkout process, access to your order history, and updates on promotions and new arrivals.

You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

We offer a 30-day return policy:
Defective Items: Request a refund or replacement with picture proof.
Non-defective Returns: Receive store credit or send the item back for a refund (return shipping at the buyer’s expense).

10. Are there any conditions for returns?

12. About Quality

All cat-themed bags undergo strict material selection and inspection before shipping to ensure quality. Please note that minor shedding of faux fur is normal. Perfectionists are advised to purchase with caution.

13. About Color Differences

All products are photographed in natural light. Due to lighting angles and screen contrast, slight color differences may occur, which are considered normal. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt.

14. How do I care for my cat-themed bag?

For faux fur materials, use specialty detergents for hand washing specific areas. After washing, use a hairdryer to gently dry and style the fur for a soft, neat appearance.
